The Nyte Vu from J&K Outdoor Products Inc. uses the latest technology to see in more than 200 feet in total darkness. The 12-ounce Nyte Vu has the capability to record with picture quality surpassing generation-4 night vision, allowing night footage to be recorded and stored into a digital video recorder or camcorder. Nyte Vu works with the Nyte Vu Scope accessory to convert any rifle scope into a night vision scope with a visibility of more than 80 yards. The specially designed camera looks down the scope and the video image is displayed onto the Nyte Vu goggles. The camera and scope combination eliminates the need to shoulder any weapons, which can be useful for shooting around corners. The quick-detach rail system allows the weapon to be converted within seconds, no longer requiring a special night vision scope or dedicated weapon to have it mounted to.
